[Meeting of Directors held at the
Bradford Hotel Liverpool on

Minutes The Minutes of meeting & Finance Comee.
meeting held on the 19th inst. were read & confirmed.
Finance The Secy. reported that the amount
received from the L'pool County F.A. for our
share re L'pool Senior Cup was £184.12.5.
Football Grounds The Secy. reported the steps he had
taken with regard to obtaining the use of
a ground for our A team, and it was decided
that he try & obtain the Linacre Gas Works ground.
A Team The Secy. reported the steps he had
taken with regard to the West Cheshire League.
It was decided that application be made
for admission to the L'pool County Combination.
Fixtures The fixtures for the League & Central
League for next season were presented, and
it was left in the hands of the Secy. to
endeavour to arrange the outstanding
holiday fixtures on the lines he suggested.
Ground Repairs Tenders from 4 firms for repairs
necessary were received & opened, but it was
decided to leave the question over until the
further tenders had been received.
Alterations to These were gone through & it was
Rules decided to support the proposed alterations
of the Management Committee of the Football League
& the alterations to C.L. & F.A. Rules to be left.
