Minutes The Minutes of a Meeting held on the 7th
instant were read & confirmed.
Finance The Gate receipts v Nelson on the 12th inst.
were reported to be £91.19.8, & Entertainment
tax thereon £22.19.5. It was also stated that
Cheques had been received from Liverpool F. C. re
Mitchell's transfer £1250,& Share of Gate from
Sheffield Wednesday F. C. replay of Cup tie £1178.10.11.
The Bank balance was declared to be £5819.17.5.
Match Reports. Results of Saturday's matches were given, viz:-
1st team 2-1, Reserve v Nelson 2-2 & "A" team 6-0.
Trainer The trainer reported all men fit except
Thompson & Clennel.
Reports Mr. Green reported re Player Simms &
it was agreed that Mr. J. Fare should watch this
player again on Saturday, with power if satisfactory
to negotiate.
Mr. Fare reported re his visits to Wigan &
Bury. Nothing further to be done in the matter.
Messrs J. Craig & E. Belshaw's letters re
players were read & the Secretary was requested
to write to Raith Rovers.
