the Secy was instructed to reply that it was
very improbable that he would be offered a
re-engagement & that if he could find a club
in the meantime the Board were prepared to
give him the whole of the transfer fee received
up to what he may be entitled to as accrued
share of benefit viz £520.
Army FA Letter read asking if we would play
match on 29th inst. Mr A R Wade gave notice of
motion to bring the question of vacant dates forward
again at next meeting.

Ground The Ground Committee having brought
forward the question of attention to the playing
pitch, it was decided to ask Mr J Macdonald's
opinion on the matter.
Match v Wolves Res Complaint was made by the referee at
Wolverhampton re conduct of one of our officials
towards him. Mr W. C. Gibbins the Director in question
gave his version of the incident which the
Chairman stated he would report the matter to
the C.L.
