Fixtures The fixtures with the undated clubs, made
at the Annual Meeting of the League were presented
& confirmed.
Training It was agreed to re-call the players for
training on Tuesday 5th Augt.
Practice Matches The dates of these matches were fixed for
Monday 18th Augt & Saturday 23rd Augt.
Canadian Coldstream A letter was read from the Colonel thanking
Guards FC the Board for their Kindness in releasing Chedgzoy
to act as their Coach.
Bootle Albion FC Letter read asking for donation. Decided
to grant them a sum of £10.
Band An application from Mr J Leadbetter to
provide a band for matches next season was
not entertained.
A team ground The ground Committee reported that this
ground had been sublet to the Liverpool FC
for next season on alternate dates with our A
team at a rental of £40. Action confirmed.
Friendly matches It was decided to arrange no friendly
matches next season, until later on.
Grenyer Letters read from this player asking to be
re-leased. Decided to place him on the transfer
list at £1000.
Lpool Boy Scouts An application for the use of Goodison Park
on 27th Augt was not entertained, but Secy was
instructed to offer Townsend Lane Ground.
Mr Maconnachie The Chairman brought forward the unfortunate
position of this ex-player's wife & it was decided
to make her a final grant of £10.
Picnic It was decided to hold the Annual
Picnic to Llandudno. Secy to make the
necessary arrangements.
