Stoke F. C. re Wall It was decided to ask this Club
£1500 for this player.
Report re Scott Secy. reported that on learning from the
Darlington Press that this player had been transferred to
L'pool F. C. he had communicated with Mr. C. F.
Ingram Chairman of the Finance Committee of the
Darlington F. C. on Monday & had on the instructions
of the Chairman, written the Club demanding an
explanation. He submitted a letter received
today from Mr. Ingram, and same having
been read, it was resolved that the Darlington
Club be proceeded against for breach of contract
& that permission so to do be applied for to the
F. A. & League Management Committee.
Report re Players Mr. J. Fare gave a good report re this
Dean (Tranmere) player & it was suggested that the Chairman
might speak to Mr. R. Ledsom re the player.
McClelland Mr. H. Makepeace reported that he did
(Southend U.) not consider this player up to League
Standard at present.
Howard This player's application for an engagement
was not entertained.
League match Letter read from this club agreeing
Cardiff City to arrange provisionally for this postponed
match to be played on 25th inst.
