Rawlings (S'hampton) Secy. was instructed to enquire if
Club were now prepared to part with this player.
Football League It was decided that the Chairman,
Annual Meeting Messrs W. J. Sawyer, W. C. Gibbins & Secy. attend these
& C. L. do. meetings to be held in London & in the latter
case it was decided to support the re-election
of the 2 returning clubs & the re-election of the
Management Committee.
Transfer of Shares The following transfer was approved

Chedgzoy An application from this player for
work on the ground during the Summer
was not entertained.
Donations It was agreed to grant a donation of
£25 to the L. U. B. C. Playing Fields Fund &
£2.2.0 to the Red Triangle Lads Club Everton.
British Red Cross An application from this Society for
Society use of ground on Saturday July 25th was
not granted.
Bovril Ld. An application from this firm for a
renewal of the right to sell sweetmeats on
the ground for next Season at £16 was granted.
Caddick Secy. reported that this player had been
transferred to Stockport County F. C. for £100. This
was approved & it was decided to apply to the
League for permission to pay him £25 for accrued
share of Benefit.
Wall Secy. reported that he had asked Swindon
Town F. C. £500 for this player's transfer & that
the club were coming for an interview
tomorrow. He was empowered to accept this
fee & if transferred application to be made
to the League to pay the player £250 as
accrued share of benefit.
