Present Mr. W. C. Cuff (Chair) & all other Directors
except Mr. J. Sharp.
Minutes The Minutes of Meeting held on the
2nd inst. were read & confirmed.
Notts County F. C. It was reported that Notts County had
paid our claim for Compensation.
Shareholders } It was agreed to hold this function
Smoking Concert } on Friday Augt. 21st.
Prices of Admission The Chairman reported the result of the
enquiries made in London from various clubs on
the question of ladies & boys being admitted at
a lesser charge. It was decided not to make
any reduction.
A. Wall The Chairman reported that this player
had been transferred to Swindon Town F. C. at a
fee of £300, & that the player was to receive
£250 as accrued share of benefit.
F. A. Council Div.III It was decided to nominate the Chairman
as representative of this Division.
Football League } Reports of the proceedings at these meetings
Central League } were given by the Chairman & Messrs W. C. Gibbins
& F. A. Annual Meetings} & H. Banks respectively. It was also reported
that the Chairman had been successful in
being elected to the Management Committee of
the Football League & also that in future a
charge of 1½d per match would be made on
Members tickets only.
L'pool County F. A. Mr. E. Green gave a report of meeting re
Senior Cup & that we had been drawn v Liverpool
away.
