Report re Players Messrs J. weir & J. Fare reported very well of
Ferguson (Falkirk) this goalkeeper & the latter stated that the club
would let us know if they decided to part.
They also reported favorably of Ritchie (L.H.).
Burrows (Tranmere) Mr. J. Elliott gave a very good report of
this goalkeeper.
League Minutes Secy. read the minutes re numbering
players & re issue of Comp 4 tickets to player. It was
decided to have a copy of the latter minute
copied & placed on Players Notice Board.
Ground Staff It was decided to employ on The ground
Staff, a painter, a labourer - these appointments
to be left in the hands of Mr. H. Banks & Secy. and
to offer Mr. J. McGill a position on the Staff
to look for players on Saturdays or if not so
employed, to assist the ground staff at matches
at 10% per week & Expenses.
Ground Repairs It was decided to have the sloping path
under G. Rd. stand asphalted or concreted and
the roofs of urinals & turnstiles under same stand
re sheeted where necessary.
