Alteration of The Chairman stated that the Club had
Articles of Assocn. been in communication with the Football Assocn.
re proposed alteration to our Articles in order
to bring them into line with the Rules of the F. A.
He outlined the position and took a feeling
of the Shareholders who were not in favor of
giving up the whole of the present assets and
the Chairman was given powers to try & effect
a Compromise possibly by the issue of bonus
shares to the value of present assets & future
profits to be dealt with under F. A. Rules.
The Chairman then declared the Meeting
duly closed.
