Com. to assist	Resolved that Mr. Griffiths assist Treasurer on Thursday &
Treasurer	Mr. Leyland on Saturday  next.

Use of Ground	Resolved that the use of ground be granted to L'pool Minor League
		for Friday night.

Combination	Resolved that the amount promised viz £2.10.0 be paid this week
team		to combination players for winning Championship.

Resignations	Three resignations were handed over to the Sub Committee
of members	appointed for consideration.

Groundsman	Resolved that Mr. Veale be re engaged for next Year on
		same terms as this Season.

League Cup	Resolved that the League Cup be handed over to the Sec. of
		the League & that this Committee indemnify Mr. Houlding if
		he has given any undertaking in connection therewith.

Shield		Resolved that the Shield be removed to Elkingtons
		on our behalf at once.

L'pool Cup	Resolved that Mr. Mahon have charge of L'pool Cup for the
		present.

J. Marsden	Resolved that the Secretary do instruct Marsden that the
		Committee cannot see their way to continue his engagement
		after the 30th Inst.

J. Holt		Resolved that Holt be asked for an explanation as to his not
		turning up to play on Saturday last.
