	[Annual	Meeting held Friday May 15th 1891 in the
		College Hall Shaw Street John Houlding Esq.
		presiding]

		The Chairman stated object of the meeting & afterwards called
		upon the Secretary to report upon the working of the Club
		during the Season which was done apparently to the
		satisfaction of all the members present.

Balance		The Treasurer (Mr. Wilson) next read over the Balance Sheet
Sheet		and after a few questions had been asked & answered, it
		was resolved that the Balance Sheet be adopted as read.

Reserve		Prop by Mr. Wilson & Seconded by Mr. Coates that it be a
Fund		recommendation to the new Committee to invest £500
		out of Balance as a reserve fund - Carried.

Rules		Resolved that Rule III be altered to read "All subscriptions
		must be paid on or before Sepr 1st instead of October 1st."

Testimonial to	Resolved that this meeting recommends the Committee to vote from
Treasurer	the funds of the Club a sum not exceeding £30 for a Testimonial
		to Mr. Wilson in recognition of his Services as Hon. Treasurer
		during the past Season.

Old Committee	Resolved that a hearty vote of thanks be given to the retiring
		members of Committee for their Services during the past Season.

Secretary's	The question of the election of Secretary Annually was raised
position	when it was decided that as a paid Official of the Club
		he do not require to be re-elected; and it was further ruled
		that it would require a Special Meeting of the Members of the
		Club before any alteration could be made in his position.
EVENTS
18 Standen Whiteside Linaker was considered for membership of the Club.
39 It was agreed to pay £10.00 to F Geary as a wedding present.
43 It was agreed that the Combination Team should be offered 2 guineas and a gold medal each if they got the championship.
51 Resolved that the silver medals to Everton Team from the previous season should be presented on 24 Oct.
72 Gordon appeared before the Committee and promised to abstain from drink in the future.
74 Call on players “to pay strict and special attention to training … and not to go skating on the ice.”
98 Resolved that a turnstile book be kept.
107 Resolved that 13 medals be purchased @ 24/- from Vaughton’s
112 Fred Geary was asked to look for employment outside a public house
