Auditors Resolved that a Vote of thanks be given to Messrs Henderson & Webster
and that they be made Vice Presidents of the Club in consideration
of their past services, and as they could not allow themselves to be
nominated for Auditors for next Season. The matter was left with
the Committee for their successors' appointment.
A Vote of thanks to the President was accorded after which
the Meeting closed.

Auditors Resolved that this Meeting recommends the Committee to elect a
Public Accountant to audit the accounts of the Club together
with an honourary member.
