Committee Meeting held Monday October 26th 1891
Present W. E. Barclay Esq. (in the chair) Messrs Nisbet, Griffiths, Coates,
Currier, Atkinson, Jackson, Ramsay, Williams, Clayton, Dr. Baxter
& the Secretary.
Minutes of last meeting read & confirmed.
C. Parry This Player appeared before the Committee & applied for his
release - Resolved that Parry be released from the Club &
have full permission to join any other Club on repayment of
£34 received during Summer months together with the amount
due to the club for loans advanced.
Clubs Finances Resolved that all resolution relating to the Club's Finances,
Banking a/c, drawing and signing of cheques be rescinded &
that for the future the Committees resolution shall be required for
all cheques drawn & signed, to fix the number of members of
Committee necessary to sign such cheques & to elect such
members as the Committee may determine.
Bank Signatures Resolved that the Secretary & Treasurer for the time being
shall sign all cheques & that one of the following members of
Committee shall also sign (say three names in all) viz
Messrs Houlding (or Mr Ramsay in his absence), Currier and
Dr. Baxter.
Gate receipt & Resolved that one member of the Committee (appointed weekly)
Banking same assist the Treasurer in checking & receiving gate money &
to accompany the Treasurer in Banking the money immediately
after the match.
Accounts Resolved that all a/cts be rendered monthly.
