[Special Committee meeting (re Ground) held Monday
		Nov. 16th 1891]
Present		W. E. Barclay Esq. (in the chair) Messrs Houlding, Ramsay, Wilson,
		Jackson, Henderson, Coates, Currier, Griffiths, Williams, Atkinson,
		Nisbet, Clayton, Stockton, Howarth, Dr. Baxter & the Secretary.
Minutes		of last meeting read & confirmed.
Modified Rent	Messrs Henderson, Wilson, Stockton, Clayton & others spoke on
		the question of Mr. Houlding being requested to accept a rental
		of say £190 or £200 per annum after which Mr. Houlding gave
		a statement of the financial part of the purchase & ownership
		of the present football field, but could not give any reply
		to the request at present.
Purchase of 	Mr Crosthwaite appeared before the Committee & stated that
Field & adjoing	he had interviewed Mr. Orrel with the result that he could
portion		offer on Mr. Orrel's behalf the portion of land adjoining present field
		for sale to the club without taking the frontage piece in
		Walton Breck Road as shown on plan @ 7/6 a yard -
		Mr. Houlding afterwards stating that he was prepared to sell
		the enclosed portion only without the frontage piece -
		The land in all amounting to about 22000 Square Yards.
Next-Meeting	Resolved that we adjourn this meeting until Monday
		Nov 3rd at 7 P.M.
G. Mahon	Resolved that this meeting accord to Mr Mahon our
		deep sympathy on his present illness.
