Nisbet, Clayton, Griffiths, Coates, Stockton, Howarth, Dr. Baxter &
the Secretary and Mr. Cornett as Legal adviser to the club.
Minutes of two previous meetings read & confirmed.
Resignation of Resolved that the resignation of Mr. Barclay be accepted
Mr. Barclay & with regret and also the resignation of Mr. Williams
Williams with regret.
Team v Wolverhampton Wdrs. - Williams, Earp, Howarth, Kelso, Holt,
Robertson, Latta, Wyllie, Maxwell, Chadwick & Milward with
Mr. Currier as Rep. the Committee.
v South Shore (Lan. Cup) Jardine, Chadwick, Collins, Kirkwood,
Jones, Lochhead, Gordon, Murray, Pinnell, McMillan & Elliott.
Motion by Resolved that we condemn the action of the members of Com.
Mr. Clayton & members of the Club who have signed memorandum of
association registering the Everton Football Club & Athletic
Grounds Co. Limited, such action being take with the
intention of frustrating the resolution of the members of the
club in meeting assembled.
Com. to assist Resolved that Mr. Griffiths be deputed to assist the
Treasurer Treasurer on Saturday next.
