Present G. Mahon Esq. (in the chair) Messrs Griffiths, Atkinson, Coates,
Clayton, Ramsay, the Sec being away on League business.
Minutes of last Meeting read & confirmed.
New Ground Resolved that a Sub Committee consisting of Messrs Griffiths,
Coates, Davies, Atkinson, Clayton, Wilson & Hartley be appointed to
confer with Mr. Prescott re Stands &c.
Com. to assist Resolved that Mr. Coates be deputed to assist
Treasurer Treasurers on Saturday next.
Team to go on Tour - Jardine, Howarth, McLean, Kelso, Holt, Robertson, Latta,
Geary, Maxwell, Chadwick, Milward & Elliott, also Gordon,
Wyllie, A. Chadwick & Jones to follow on Saturday.
Messrs Griffiths & Mahon to go as rep. the Committee.
Resignation of Resolved that the resignation of members of the Club be placed
Members in the hands of a Sub Committee for consideration & report.
Messrs Baxter, Coates & Currier to form the Committee.
Vacancies on Resolved that this matter be left in the hands of the above Sub
Committee Committee.
Letters from L & D. Schools F. Ass. and Hospital Saturday left over until
next meeting.
Extra matches Resolved that the Sec. arrange Monday matches for League team
& Thursday matches with local club for Combination team.
