[Meeting of Directors held at
Exchange Hotel, Liverpool on

Present Mr W. C. Cuff (Chair) & all other Directors
except Mr A. Coffey.
New Director The Chairman welcomed Mr Geo Evans as a
member of the Board and hoped he would have
a happy time with the Club. He was elected
to Finance Committee.
Mr Evans thanked him for his kind
remarks & stated it would be a pleasure for
him to do all he could for the benefit of the Club.
Minutes The Minutes of Meetings held on the 30th ult
& 2nd inst. were read & confirmed.
