Repairs to Ground Messrs A. Coffey, Dr. C. S. Baxter & G. Evans gave a report
& Gwladys St. Property of their inspection re proposed repairs & alterations.
It was decided to have a further inspection
early in April by the whole of the Board.
It was further decided to have a Specification
drawn up by an Expert for the painting of the
upper part of Goodison Rd. Stand, and to invite
Tenders for the work to be done.

Gwladys St. Property It was agreed that the Chairman look into
the question of the control of this property under
Rent Restriction Act.
