Election of Directors There being no further nominations, the
Chairman declared the retiring Directors (Messrs
H. Banks, W. C. Gibbins & G. Evans) duly re-elected for

Vote of Thanks Mr. C. Wright proposed & Mr. W. R. Williams sec-
onded a very hearty vote of thanks to the Directors
& Staff for their services during the past season.
Mr. W. C. Cuff in replying, thanked the Shareholders for
the confidence displayed by the vote, & briefly outlined,
at this point, the reasons why the Everton Club had
proposed the trial of 2 Referees, at the recent League
Meeting.
