Minutes of the Meeting of the 27th

J. Sharp (66) The Chairman rose & ably. expressed
the deep-set regrets of the Board at the death of

Mr. John Sharp. He paid due eulogy to Mr. Sharp's
valued services, & as a last mark of respect, all
present stood in reverent silence.
