Minutes of Meeting of May 2nd & of Finance
Meeting of May 9, were read & confirmed.
Accounts & B/S. Mr. H. W. Bowler attended & presented the
Accounts & Balance Sheet. After discussion it was
agreed that:-
1/ The Amount due from Sundry Debtors be
valued for the purpose of the Balance Sheet at £653.0.6.
2/ A Depreciation of 10% be written off all Stands,
Hoardings & Erections amounting to £3067.
3/ The Amount expended on Clothing Stores be written
off the Income & Expenditure A/c.
4/ The Statement of A/cs, Profit & Loss A/c & Balance
Sheet, be approved.
5/ Payment of Dividend be deferred.
A. G. M. It was agreed that this be held at the
Law Association Rooms on Friday, June 16, at 7 pm.
Finance Bank Balance £24,549.6.10 Dr.
T. G. Jones It was agreed that this player see Mr. T. P.
McMurray, should the Medical Officer of his R. A. F.
unit give his sanction.
W. Lowe The Insurance Policy payment of compensation
in respect of this player having ceased as from the 6th
May, it was agreed on the recommendation of the
Finance Committee that the sum of 30/- weekly be
paid to him until he resumed work.
H. Jones Also on the recommendation of the
Finance Committee, it was agreed, after hearing
that this man was shortly leaving hospital, to
