read & confirmed.

Match v L'pool Sec'y outlined the probable team available
for this game.
London A. G. M's The Agenda for the Football League A. G. M.
was considered seriation; & agreement with the recommend-
ations of the F. L. M. Committees' Post War Reconstruction Report,
October 1944, was decided with the following exceptions:-
Recommendation 4. General view that there should be
agreements where required & that Great Player on match
basis should be paid uniformly.
Recommendation 5. This being affected by our proposition
to revert to the basis of 1938-9, generally known as
the "20% to Visiting Clubs", our representative be guided
accordingly.
Recommendation 6. There being a doubt as to what
underlay this, wherein no one could be elected to the
Management Committee without polling 50% of the
possible votes, our representative act in our interest
as he thought fit.
