It was decided that a copy of this
report be forwarded to Mr. W. C. Cuff, together with
a further request for an explanation of his use
of the Club's proxies.
Mr. E. Green gave Notice of Motion that
he intended to propose that:-
"The Board acquaint the Shareholders
of the Minutes & Correspondence that have taken place
with regard to the last Annual General Meeting & the Election Directors & of
any other facts which they consider advisable.
