McIlhatton Mr. E. Green gave a very good report of
198 this O. R. who was small, quick, clever & well knit.
The Club Had promised to inform no, if they decided
to transfer him.
Ford (Swansea) Mr. J. R. Thomson supported previous good
198 reports, but found fault with his heading. The
player was a P. T. man in Army, & had a good
character.
Ardron He did not fancy Ardron, C. F. of
198 Rotherham.
Varty Mr. H. Jones did not think this player
198 good enough, but liked McMahon, O. L. Hartlepools,
if young enough.
Dix (B. P. A.) Secy. reported that he did not feel
there was anything outstanding about this player as an
outside left to merit further consideration just now.
