Brennan (Distillery) Mr. E. Green reported that this tall, 19 years, I. L., had
had a poor day with flashes of brilliance, but that from the
consensus of information he had obtained, it was not
his usual form & he recommended a later view of
him.
McMahon It was reported by Mr. W. Laine, that this O. L.
was very good, & it was noted that he would be
seeing him again.

Bentham 24 Noted that the player would be shortly
free of other obligations & decided to pay him the
top wages of £9 per week to May 4, 1946.
A. Owen Reported that Tranmere Rovers had given
this L. B. a free transfer & it was agreed to sign him
to the season's end, if he would accept £6 per week
with £1 extra when in 1st team.
