Directors Xpenses It was noted that, from Mr. Cuff's letter,
275 he did not feel justified in accepting his expenses
for attending our home matches, because he was not
strictly on business, as compared to those other
Directors who attended the Meetings, & were
therefore directly concerned by their presence at
home games. His views were appreciated.
Boyes W. Noted that Leeds Utd. F. C. were only
278 prepared to pay £2,000 for this player.
Cup Tie & Replay Agreed that if necessary, tickets at
10/- & 5/- be provided for seats in the possible
replay v Sheffield Wedey. on 29th inst.
Team to go to Buxton on nearby
place on Thursday, 23rd inst., for match on 25th.
Jones (Tranmere) Mr. A. McArdle gave a very good
report of this O. R. who was 25 & well-built.
Lello (Shawbury) Mr. R. Bentham did not think this
27 year old I. L quite what he wanted.
