Finlay & Aitken (East Fife) Mr. W. C. Gibbins & Sec'y were not struck
with the C. H. but fancied the latter who was a
coal miner & aged about 23 or 24, 5'10½ & 11 st. approx.
Woodcock Mr. N. Greenhalgh did not fancy
39 this player, but gave a good report of Kilshaw.
Berry & Hassell Mr. R. Bentham & W. Laine gave a
39 moderate report of the former playing at L. H. & a very good
report of the latter (L. B.). Decided to make enquiries
re transfer possibility.
Rangers players Noted that Waddell & Rutherford were
39 not for transfer.
