In view of Liverpool's match v Blackburn Rovers on
the same date, it was agreed that the
Chairman should meet the Chairman of
Liverpool F. C. & toss up for a possible
replay day. If we won the toss, we would
choose the following Wednesday; - but if we
lost choice of dates, we choose the following Tuesday.
All of this, in the possible eventuality
of both matches being drawn.
