Manager's Report Mr. Britton reported that Rankin would
have to report for Military Service on Thursday
March 15th.
Minford (I. F.) Portadown, 5' 6" 10st 4,
age 21. Although the ground was bad he liked what
he saw and was good with both feet, but did not
think him worth the £4000 mentioned.
Lyness (L. H.) Portadown 5' 8" & 11 stone
was not interested in an offer of a months trial.
Glyn (C. F.) Drumcondra. In a poor game
he lost his previous good impression of this
