Liverpool Senior It was agreed to arrange to play
Cup our Semi- Final tie v Tranmere Rovers on
Wednesday March 19th at Goodison Park,
Saunders Tranmere Rovers were reported to
have enquired about this player and it was
agreed to ask for a fee in the region of £3,500.
Buckle Tottenham Hotspurs had enquired about
114 this player, and had arranged to watch
him last Saturday, but there were no
further developments.
Haydock C & B An appeal for financial assistance,
to aid in Ground improvements for this
Club was considered, and it was resolved
to send them £50.
Castle Ville F. C. It was agreed to pay the Hotel
(Dublin) charges for a short Easter Tour of this
Club to Liverpool, at an approximate cost
of £70, and that a game be arranged
at Goodison Park on Easter Monday morning
against our Juniors.
It was reported that Saunders
was not fit, but Grant & Birch were
now fit and Tansey J. had been
demobbed from H. M. Forces.
Oldham Ath. It was agreed that a reminder
