Present :- Mr. E. Green (Chair) and all other
Directors, Manager & Secretary in attendance.
Minutes of Meetings of May 6th and
10th were read and confirmed.
The Chairman extended a very
warm welcome to Mr. Williams on his
return to the Board Meeting and Wm. Evans
expressed his pleasure in being able to
attend the Meetings again.

Report of The report of recommendations of the
Sub-Committee Sub-Committee as presented by Mr. Sharp

Managers It was reported that McIntosh
Report had been transferred to Distillery F. C. they
to pay his accrued share of Benefit.
Training would re-commence on
Tuesday July 22nd.
It was reported that Mr. Green & Mr.
Nuttall with the Manager had been to
Wales to see the parents of Roberts & Vernon,
two Schoolboys. Roberts had signed, but
Vernon would still be at School for
another 12 Months.
