tendered his apologies.

together with Messrs J. C. Bryson & Geo. Bowler.
The Minutes of Meeting of May
20th were read & confirmed.
Proxies The doubtful forms of proxy
were submitted by Mr. Bowler to the
Chairman, and in consultation with
Mr. Bryson, a decision was made in
each case.
Next Meeting Tuesday July 1st at 4 p.m.
