Wirt 236 Referring to the action brought
by Mr. R. E. Searle, The Chairman
reported that the parties solicitors had
met and agreed to settle the action out
of Court on the terms agreed. These
include the full examinations of Messrs
E. Green, C. S. Baxter & J. C. Sharp, and the
Company to pay both parties, costs to
date. This was agreed unanimously.
