sign professional forms if possible and
arrange for him to attend a training course

Catering 7 It was agreed that arrangements be
made for the Managers of the West Derby
Golf Club to take over the Catering for
the players and Mr. Britton was
authorised to purchase the necessary
equipment.
It was reported that Cummins had
had his toe-nail removed and Anderton
had a suspected Cartilage.
Tour 261 It was reported that the Tour to the
Canary Islands was still possible from
June 4th to June 26th and it was agreed
to postpone the A. G. M. to July 2nd if
the Tour took place and also to purchase
Blazers & Flannels for the players.

R. E. Searle v The Board have read with satisfaction
The Company the signed statement delivered to the Company
(Indexed Under WRIT) and the three Directors specifically named in
the action recently commenced by Mr. Searle
in which Statement he states that
having fully considered the allegations made by
him in the course of the action of
fraudulently obtaining votes and proxies to
procure the re-election of Mr. Green. Dr.
Baxter and Mr. Sharp at the last annual
General Meeting of the Company.
