Reports Reports were given of the 1st Team
game v Derby County and of the 2nd Team
game v Barnsley Res.
Southport F. C. A letter was read from the
Southport F. C. suggesting the possibility of
loaning players to them an arrangements to
the mutual benefit of both Clubs. It was
agreed that such a scheme would not be
be permissible within the framework of
the Football League Rules.
F. A. of Ireland It was noted that the F. A. of
Ireland had decided not to select any of
our players for their forthcoming game
versus Luxembourg in view of our present
position as promotion candidates, and their
decision was greatly appreciated.
It was reported that Lindsay was
troubled with his thigh muscle, but should be fit.
