Central League An invitation to a Dinner on Sept.
72 22nd was read from the central League, and
Messrs E. Green, J. C. Sharp, N. W. Coffey, T. C.
Nuttall, C. E. Balmforth and A. N. Denaro agreed
to attend.
Chelsea F. C. An invitation to Lunch on Sat.
Sept. 18th was read from Chelsea F. C., and
Messrs J. C. Sharp, T. C. Nuttall, C. E. Balmforth,
F. Micklesfield, R. E. Searle and A. N. Denaro
agreed to attend.
J. V. Humphreys It was noted with regret that our
former player Jack Humphreys had died
suddenly today. It was agreed to ascertain
the circumstances of his widow, and give power
to the Chairman & Manager to make her an
immediate grant if necessary.
