THE FOLLOWING RECOMMENDATIONS WERE MADE
Donovan. It was reported that house in Thirlmere Drive is
available, price £1900. It was agreed that
authority be given to Mr. Britton to acquire this
house if it meets with Donovan's approval.
Counting An estimate from Tysons for the new Counting House
House. was considered amounting to £2530, including all
fixtures and electrical equipment and it was agreed
the recommend that this estimate be accepted.
Entrance Hall It was noted that Mr. Beech was proceeding with
working drawings and that prices should be
available in about four weeks time.
Offices and The final plans were accepted and approved and
Boardroom. it was agreed that working drawings be made for
estimates to be obtained.
