were read and confirmed.

Mr. McIlhatton It was reported that Mr. McIlhatton
159 was now in better financial circumstances,
as she was now teaching full time. It
was resolved to make her a grant of
One pound per week for the next twelve
months.
Bank Overdraft It was reported that our bankers
160 were prepared to allow overdraft facilities
up to Twenty thousand pounds, and it
was agreed that the Chairman and
Secretary, along with Mr. Sharp see the
Bank Manager to discuss the matter.
