Christmas Cards. It was agreed that Christmas Cards be sent out as
last year and that a price be obtained for the making
of a steel die for use thereon.
Accident It was agreed to recommend that the following
Insurance. members of the staff be included on the Accident
Policy whilst travelling on club business, at
an approximate cost of £17/-/- per annum. H. R.
Pickering, C. Leyfield, T. G. Watson, S. J. Bentham,
K. F. Busby, W. H. Cooke and Miss J. Milne.
Gutters, The report of Mr. Muir was considered and it was
Walton Lane. agreed that the recommended work be carried out at
an approximate cost of £42.
Glazing. It was reported that several windows needed repairing
and it was agreed that this be done at a cost of
£12/16/-.
Wire Guards. It was reported that two wire guards were needed
and it was agreed that these be purchased at a
cost of £7/16/-.
Directors' This matter was considered and deferred for further
Expenses. consideration.
