L'pool C. F. A. A suggestion to stage the first
Floodlit Match at Goodison Park versus
LIVERPOOL F. C. Liverpool, to celebrate the 75th Anniversary
of the Liverpool C. F. A. was agreed to, and it
was left to the Chairman and Mr. Sharp to
arrange the best possible terms with the
Liverpool F. C.
Loan It was resolved unanimously that
Xs the minute of Feb. 19th relating to a loan
from Mr. John Moores should AND IS HEREBY be rescinded, as
being incorrect and contrary to the control
of Borrowing Order 1947 as amended, and
that the Secretary should write to Mr. John
Moores, explaining the Financial positions of
the Company in regard to Floodlighting, and
enquire whether Mr. John Moores could see his
way to assist the Company.
