SOIL WARMING Mr. Sharp reported that M. A. N. W. E. B. had
35 agreed to test the soil warming to ascertain
if it would help the drainage, at no cost to
the Club to date. They proposed to continue this
experiment for a further 9 days and the Club
to make a small contribution towards the
cost if it proved successful. This was agreed
to in principle providing there was no cost
to the Club in the event of the experiment
not proving successful.
