CAVANNAGH. (O. L.) Mr. Taylor reported that Cavannagh O. L.
SANDERS (O. R.) Romford and Sanders O. R. Romford were
SMITH (GOAL) quite good. Smith (Goal) Weymouth played
very well and was worth seeing again.
HUNT (I. R.) Mr. Sharp and Mr. Hughes reported that
(SWINDON) Hunt (I. R.) Swindon had not impressed but
FOSTER. (O. L.) Foster (O. L.) Walsall had played reasonably
(WALSALL) well.
It was agreed that the first priority
was a 1st Class outside left and then
inside left, outside right & goalkeeper for the
2nd Team. It was agreed that the Chairman
and Manager watch O'Grady again with
power to negotiate. Mr. Carey to prepare a list
of players to watch for the week end.
MEDICAL ROOM The Chairman reported that he had
authorised the installation of a wash hand basin
in the Medical room, and he was authorised
to negotiate for the services of a part-time
Physiotherapist to replace Mr. Cooke.
LIVERPOOL CITY It was agreed to allow Liverpool City
CATERERS Caterers to tender for the Catering contract
and that they be asked for details of service.
FOOTBALL It was reported that the Football League
LEAGUE had asked Clubs to provisionally arrange their
Saturday fixtures for Friday Jan. 20th in case
the threatened strike materialised.
PLAYERS XMAS The Chairman reported that the
