COLLINS, R. The Chairman reported that he and the Manager
141 had seen Collins regarding his statements to the
Press. His attitude was reasonable and he had agreed
that perhaps he had acted hastily.
BANGU F. C. It was reported that Bangu F. C. would
142 not release us from the fixture in Apl. 12th and the
game would have to be played. It was agreed to
change League prices.
WEST BROM. A. It was reported that the Football League
142 would not allow the game at West Brom. to be
played on Friday evening on Mar. 24th, and it
would be played on Saturday afternoon as scheduled.
FINANCE Mr. Hughes reported on our Financial position
as compared with the Budgeted position. The total
indebtedness was £84,400 as compared to an estimate
of £61,350.0.0 despite a net expenditure on transfer
fees of £48,550.0.0 not budgeted for.
