Minutes of Meetings of June 21st & June 25
were read and confirmed.
FINANCE Receipts reported were :-
Season Ticket Sales 76,344.0.0
Gate v Fulham 7426.5.6
Gate v Burnley 8322.0.0
Port Vale F. C. re Bingham 6000.0.0
Bank Balance £26946.15.10 Cr.
FLOODLIGHTING Mr. Micklesfield reported on the extra lighting
263 installed to obviate the shadow cost by the new
Roof.
BELLEFIELD It was reported that the extra room at Bellefield
254 to the cottage would cost approximately £1500.0.0.
It was agreed to obtain estimates and leave the
matter to Messrs J. Taylor, J. C. Sharp and the
Manager to decide.
INTER-CITIES Mr. Hughes gave a report of the A. G. M. of
FAIR CUP 264 the Inter Cities Fair Cup.
BLANCHFLOWER There were no further developments to
263 report, and it was agreed to let the matter drop.
TOILETS &c. It was reported that an expenditure of
£32,000 was required to bring our toilet
facilities up to requirements. It was agreed that
the Chairman and Mr. Micklesfield should view the
position at 11.30 AM on Thursday.
NEW BARS It was agreed to proceed with the
building of 4 new Bars at a cost of £7350.0.0.
REPORTS Reports were given of the 1st team game v
Bolton and Burnley and of the 2nd team game
v Burnley Res., and of the players on the injured list.
