Present :- Mr. F. Micklesfield (Chair) and
all other Directors except Mr. Balmforth who
tendered his apologies.
Manager & Secretary in attendance.
Minutes of Meeting of Oct. 7th were
read and confirmed.
Finance Receipts reported were:-

MR. & MRS. SEARLE The Chairman expressed the sympathy of
the Board to Mr. & Mrs. Searle on the loss
sustained by the Death of Mr. Searle's mother.
BANK LOAN. It was reported that an approach had
been made to the Midland Bank for overdraft
facilities up to £135,000.0.0, and they were
prepared to extend the facilities up to a limit
of £75,000.0.0. It was agreed that efforts
be made to get the Bank to increase the
limit to £100,000.0.0.
REPORTS Reports were given of the 1st Team game
v Leeds Utd. and of the 2nd Team game v
M/c Utd. Res.
Mr. Carey gave a report of the players
on the injured list.
FINNEY, A. Mr. Carey reported that he had watched
12 this player last Saturday, and in his opinion
would be a great asset to the Club. The Board
of Sheffield Wed. were to consider our offer tomorrow.
