Meeting of Directors held Tuesday March 21st 1893
Present		W. R. Clayton Esq. (in the chair) Messrs Coates, Atkinson,
		Jackson, Leyland, Davies, Baxter.
Minutes		of two Meetings read & confirmed.
Bootle Match	Resolved on account of the numerous engagements of the
		Club during April they regret they will be unable
		to arrange a date for match at Bootle.
Team	v	Wolves E. Cup Final - same as played on Monday last.
 do	v	Aigburth Vale - Jardine, Chadwick, Collins, Coyle, Jones,
		Jamieson, Gordon, Murray, Hartley, McMillan, Elliott with
		Smith as reserve.
 do	v	Chirk - Jardine, Chadwick, Parry, Walker, Jones, Coyle,
		Smith, Murray, Hartley, McMillan, Elliott.
L'pool Cup	Resolved the team selected for Aigburth Vale be the 
Team		L'pool Cup Team.
Bonus		Resolved offer players & trainer £5 each if they win
		be Final Tie on Saturday.
Directors to Final Resolved the whole of the Directors & the Secretary
		go to Final -and that we ask the Auditors (T. T. Row)
		to send a Clerk up here on Saturday next to take charge
		of gate arrangements & cash.
Bonus Semi Final Resolved we give each of the Players £1 for each of
Draws		the 2 draws in Semi Final.

| 286 | Resolved that Elliott be engaged as Assistant Trainer & Groundsman to play when required. | 
| 295 | Resolved to give Stoke £20 for the transfer of Maxwell & to find him a place in a solicitors’ office. | 
| 365 | Resolved to give 11 players medals for winning the Combination Championship | 
| 444 | Resolved that the Ground Committee be authorised to have rooms covered over, urinals erected etc. |
