Engagement	The following engagements with Players was confirmed
of players	Lindsay £10 bonus & £2 per week wages up to April 30th or up to
		April 30th 1894 if Directors wish. If unsuitable he to return
		bonus.
		Reay £10 bonus £2 per week during playing season & 25/
		per week during non playing season for 2 seasons ends
		April 30th 1895.
		Milward 10£ bonus for 1893-94; £10 bonus for 1894-95.
		Wages £3 per week.
		Jardine, Rennie, Kelso & Gordon's engagement be left with
		the Selection Committee to report on next meeting.

Stanley Cricket	Resolved we allow them the use of our Horse for rolling
Club		their ground.

Doc's a/c	Resolved this matter be left over until the end of the Season.
		Our Solicitors on the meantime to take no action.

Newcastle	Resolved we pay them £25 for transfer of Reay.

295 Resolved to give Stoke £20 for the transfer of Maxwell & to find him a place in a solicitors’ office.
365 Resolved to give 11 players medals for winning the Combination Championship
444 Resolved that the Ground Committee be authorised to have rooms covered over, urinals erected etc.
