Present		W. R. Clayton Esq.(in the chair) Messrs Read, Baxter, Davies,
		Leyland, Coates & Griffiths.
Minutes		of last Meeting read & confirmed.
Adv. Contract	Resolved we accept the offer of Messrs Hinton & Megson for
		£160 and £25 for refreshment Contract.
Kirkdale F .C	Resolved Messrs Griffiths & Leyland be appointed rep.
		on the Kirkdale Committee.
Stewards	Election of Stewards left over until next Meeting.
season Tickets	Resolved we charge Season Tickets 1893-94 at
		following rates.
		Special Reserved Stand 2.2.0 for Self
			Reserved   "   1.1.0  "   "
			Covd	   "	15.0  "   "
			Ground	 only   10.6  "   "
Alterations to	Resolved the alterations to Reserved Stand as
Covd Stand	suggested by the Ground Com. be made & that the
		acceptance of tenders be left with them.
Transfer of Shares (5) from W. C. Copeland to R. Molyneux.
		   (2)  "   Jesse Wood  to Chas Wood.
Players to return Resolved we have the Players here on Aug 1st
for Training	for Training.
