Stewards	Resolved the election be left over until next meeting.
Free admission	Resolved the arrangements of last Season be continued viz.
to police &c	that Soldiers; Postmen & Police in uniform be admitted
		free.
Transfer of Shares 2 from W.M. Whittingham to Wm. Roberts.
		6     "   A. Palmer        to Simon Jude.
Bank a/c	Resolved we ask the Bank to allow us an overdraft
		not exceeding £400 Messrs Baxter Leyland promising
		their guarantee to Bank.
		Resolved we indemnify Messrs Baxter & Leyland from
		loss through their giving above security.
Accounts	Resolved we pay balance of a/c £21.10.0 to
		J. Alexander.
Bye Laws	The consideration left over for next meeting.
