Present		W.R. Clayton Esq.(in the chair) Messrs Griffiths, Davies, Baxter,
		Read & Atkinson.
Minutes		of last meeting read & confirmed.
Adv. Contract	Resolved our Solicitors take any action in this matter they
		may think fit.
Team	v	Stoke Williams, Howarth, Parry, Kelso, Holt, Stewart, Latta,
		Bell, Southworth, Chadwick, Milward, with Geary & Walker a
		Reserve.
Team	v	Motherwell, Cook, Lindsay, Arridge, Storrier, Jones, Coyle,
		Williams, Murray, Hartley, McMillan, Elliott.
Boyle		Resolved Boyle have another week at home.
Charge of gate	Saturday - Resolved Messrs Theodore Rogers & Co. be
		requested to find some one to take charge.
Transfer of Pinnel Resolved we offer to assist- P.N. End by transferring
		Pinnel for £10 to them.
Directors to Stoke Mr. Griffiths in charge of team & any other Director
		who can go. Also the Sec.
Checkers	Resolved the Sec. arrange for Gateman & Steward
		to go as checkers to Stoke
Club Dinner	Postponed
Hospital Stdy fund  Resolved the Sec. be nominated on the Executive Comm.
